Spirit of Excellence
One of the best investments you can make in your company is to invest in the development,
motivation and effectiveness of your frontline employees.
Over the past twelve years, Enspiron has provided training and services which have had a very
positive impact on improving the quality of service to customers, as well as developing employee
effectiveness. Our Spirit of Excellence training establishes standards of service designed to

Much of my background stems from over ten years with Walt Disney World, where I was asked
to design and oversee service excellence and showmanship training for the Magic Kingdom
and Epcot. As part of Human Resources, I developed training on customer service, motivation,
leadership, team building and communications for the Disney cast and leadership. We have
successfully adapted many of these concepts to the service industry to improve service, morale,
attitudes and better serve the needs of customers and each of our coworkers.
Spirit of Excellence is a three-hour training system for every employee and leader in the company.
It offers an excellent opportunity to develop people skills and help motivate employees
and leaders in their personal as well as professional growth. Key to the success of Spirit of
Excellence is the preparation, support and development of leadership to develop and improve
their frontline staff. Enspiron also provides training for the leadership team on implementing
Spirit of Excellence, communicating effectively, motivation, team building, conflict resolution
and coaching others.
