Bruce Loeffler
Bruce Loeffler is a motivational trainer and speaker and long-time member of the National
Speakers Association. He received his bachelors degree in Business Administration and
masters degree in Communications.
Mr. Loeffler worked with Walt Disney World for ten
years prior to starting the Enspiron Training Company. While part of Disney, he developed
and oversaw service excellence/showmanship training for Epcot and the Magic Kingdom.
The past fourteen years have been spent with hospitals and companies, helping employees
and leaders best utilize their talents and reach their full potential. Mr. Loeffler brings
this same passion to HCAHPS training to challenge and develop your employees personally and professionally.
